Saturday and Sunday saw the Australian 2 Man Ambrose return to Royal Harden in what were some very trying conditions.

Although the weather gods weren’t on our side, 196 budding golfers from around the land competed for a piece of the pie.

Firstly a huge Thank you must go to our sponsors, Cooltech Refrigeration coming on board as the major sponsor this year.

We also had Bendigo Bank who have always been a consistent help and Young Motors pitching in yet again for the hole-in-one prize.

Although the weather wasn’t on our side, the course was looking as picture-perfect as it has been for a long time.

Credit to Chad and Britt for keeping the course as crisp as it is. Also thank you to Chris and the staff for keeping the day running with food, coffee and a few beverages on the day. The effort doesn’t go unnoticed.

Congratulations must go to Nick Cochrane and Chris Hellier for taking out the silverware and Paul deep and Darryl O’Keefe for runners-up.

The following are the rest of the prizes taken out for the day.

Congratulation to all who received a prize. The next big event to look forward to is the weekend after the Harden Picnics on the 29th of October.

We have the first Ronny Fuller Memorial 3 Man Ambrose. We are looking forward to this day and ask all golfers new and old to get their teams in for what is cracking up to be a great event this year and for years to come.

We look forward to seeing you out on the golf course and encourage everyone to come and enjoy the quality of the course the club has to offer at the moment.

Keep them straight
