This weekend Saturday, Sunday and Monday the Harden Kennel Club are hosting the Dogs NSW Southern Region Country Classic Championship Shows, at the Harden Showgrounds.
The event will see approximately 478 dogs entered for Saturday and 469 for Sunday.
347 dogs are entered for the final day on Monday. On Monday dog owners are invited to try out the ring and receive advice from seasoned showers. Dogs must be fully vaccinated, cost is a gold coin donation.
9 Rings will be open and a 2 day Hound Speciality Show will be on dislplay. For the very first time south of the divide, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier Show.
Monday, weather permitting at lunch break (approx 12pm) local lady Raelene Koerber will be putting on a Nosework display, to showcase the talents of these wonderful animals. The Harden Kennel Club with Raelene, will be offering to the public, obedience, agility, nosework training classes in the future. Expressions of interest are welcome, contact the Harden Kennel Club.
The following weekend 28th, 29th and 30th June the club will be hosting the Riverina and District Kennel Club Show which is another great chance to see these well bred canines in action.
This weekend there will be free admittance to the public. Make your way to the Murrumburrah Showgrounds over the weekend to see some of the finest dogs from across the state on show.
