Licenced Real Estate Agent and Stock and Station Agent, Richard Fleming, with the support of the whole Boorowa Real Estate team will oversee the opening and management of their second office based in Harden at 54 Neill Street, opening 5 days a week to service all the real estate and property management needs of the people of Harden/Murrumburrah and surrounds.
Boorowa Real Estate’s move to Harden is via the purchase of an existing business Collins Town and Country Real Estate with a settlement date of July 1. ‘Harden/Murrumburrah is a growing town, close to Canberra with plenty of opportunity’ is the belief of Justin Fleming, Managing Director of Boorowa Real Estate. “More and more people, looking to buy and rent are becoming aware of the existence of Boorowa & Harden, so it is only a matter of time before Harden & Murrumburrah experience significant growth.”
Richard Fleming, who has extensive experience in marketing and advertising, joined the team at Boorowa Real Estate to help grow the business into Harden/Murrumburrah. “We have identified Harden/Murrumburrah as a good opportunity because it has so much going for it.” Richard says. “It has a hospital, great schools, two banks, supermarkets, pubs, clubs, golf course, bakery, coffee shops, chemist, gift shops, a gym, newsagent, recreation & health facilities, public transport service (train & bus), good people and much more. Harden/Murrumburrah sits only 125km from the Nation’s Capital”, Richard went on to say. Over the last 10 years (according to Price Finder) the medium house price in Yass has increased by 45%, which it is believed is mostly attributed to its proximity to Canberra. Whilst Harden, Murrumburrah, & Boorowa have also experienced increases of their own, it doesn’t take an economist to determine that when it comes to significant growth influenced by Canberra, Harden, Murrumburrah, Boorowa, Young and the Hilltops Region is the next cab of the rank.
Justin Fleming thinks this (Hilltops Region) is a very good part of the world to live and has a desire to see it continue to prosper. “We may not want our country homes to turn into distant suburbs of Canberra, (I certainly don’t) but I think there is room for a few more (people & businesses).
