Police are investigating a suspicious fire which occurred in a business premises in Cooper St, Cootamundra this morning.  About 4.40am residents of Cooper St were awakened by a loud explosion, and upon investigation found a business premises well involved in fire. Fire & Rescue NSW and Police attended, and the fire was contained to the building.  The building has been extensively damaged as a result of the fire, which is being treated as suspicious.  No person has been injured.  Cootamundra LAC Detectives have launched an investigation, and members of the public who may have information are urged to contact Cootamundra Police or Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000
