Many of Harden – Murrumburrah’s most prominent projects and organisations have the fingerprints of one lady all over them. It is clear that our towns would not be the same without her invaluable and extensive contributions.
Born in Harden on April 22, 1945, she is the daughter of George and Edith (nee Chamberlien) Bruce. She attended school at Murrumburrah Public until Sixth Form, at which point Lorraine and her mother moved to Sydney.
