John Manchester and Clint Stevens will be co-coaches of the Harden Red Devils in 2017.

Newly installed President Harry Sachs is champing at the bit for next year’s Rugby season. Sachs can’t wait for training to start which will give the local fencer an opportunity to test out his knee after a horror run of injuries over the last 2 years.

2017 will see the inclusion of the ‘Red Hot Devils’ which will allow local ladies the opportunity to play rugby for the twin towns. It is unclear at this stage how many players will be on the field and what format they will be in. Harry said “The club committee has thrown up a few options with sponsorship for next season and we are planning some great events and will have some big announcements in the new year.

We are pleased to announce that the Devils will be co coached by Clint stevens and John Manchester.” The side will be transferring from the South Coast competition to the Southern conference of the Central West Competition. They will play for the Grain Corp Cup against Cootamundra, Temora, West Wyalong, Grenfell and Condobolin.

The Devils will be holding a sign up day early in the new year and are excited to have some new faces join the team in 2017. They will be getting their Facebook page back up and running in the new year and would encourage anyone to like the page for upcoming events and information about the Devils. The club would like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and new year and hope to see all players and supporters in the new year.
