The Harden Historic Truck and Tractor Show will be back on again this year after Covid prevented the day from running last year.
President Kevin Sharp said, “We have had a lot of phone calls with people from as far away as Queensland and Victoria, so we think it will be a good show.”
The 8th show will be sponsored by Shannons Insurance and Harden Oil company (HO-CL Oils) who will be providing oil which will be raffled for all entrants.
Entry is by donation which makes it a cost-effective day for the whole family.
The CWA will be doing sandwiches and cakes and Rotary will be catering in the luncheon pavilion, while there will also be a coffee van.
The day out is an excellent opportunity for those interested in engines, old cars, trucks, tractors and stationary engines.
Plus buses, fire engines and classic cars.
Owners spend countless hours polishing up and tuning up their vehicles to put their pride and joy on show for all to see.
Gundagai held their event a fortnight ago and drew a large crowd with 200 entrants.
The weather looks to be fine and camping is available for $20 a night. A free BBQ is available for exhibitors who are staying overnight.
The show is located at Woolrych St Murrumburrah with the gates opening at 9 am on Sunday.
