A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after being injured in an accident at the Demondrille this afternoon at approximately 5:15 pm. Ambulance, Fire and Rescue New South Wales and the Police attended the scene where the motorcyclist was lying prostrate on the ground adjacent to his motorcycle. Council staff directed traffic. He suffered from injuries to his lower limbs. Other motorists stopped and assisted the motorcyclist whilst they waited for emergency services to attend the scene.
