Sara Collins and Somer Oldfield.

Children from Year 3/4 will be attending the Todd Woodbridge Cup Tennis day at Harden tennis courts next Friday 23rd August. Since 2015 Tennis NSW, in partnership with the NSWPSSA and with the cooperation of local tennis clubs and coaches, has been running the Todd Woodbridge Cup for students in Years 3 & 4. While being a fun event which any Stage 2 student can participate in, it is also a competition, giving students who may not normally represent their school the opportunity to do so. The winning schools progress through to a Regional final, where they have the opportunity to compete for entry into our State Final in Sydney on November 18.

The students do not need to have had any experience playing tennis!

The event is about having fun in a team environment while experiencing physical activity playing tennis. Year 3 / 4 should have a great day of fun and exercise on the courts.
