The Harden Hawks will head to Seiffert Oval on Saturday to take on old rivals the Bungendore Tigers. The Tigers finished in 2nd place on the George Tooke ladder after defeating the Binalong Brahamns at Binalong, 25-12. The same scoreline they beat Harden by in the 2010 George Tooke Grand Final. Harden finished in 3rd place. The qualifying Final will be held at 2:45pm.

The Boorowa Rovers, (4th place) who beat Harden 28 to 12 on Saturday will host 5th placed Crookwell Green Devils, who accounted fro the UC Grizzlies 40-18 on the weekend.

The Brahmans are terribly unlucky not to make the finals series and would have caused some head aches for the other teams. They just didn’t win enough matches early on, but they came storming back towards the end of the season.

They finished in 6th place on the same points as Crookwell, 22, however they scored 343 to Crookwell’s 432 and conceded 289 to the Green Devils 244.

The North Canberra Bears will have the luxury of a week off after they finished top of the table with only 2 losses from 16 competition matches.
