Jess Doolan has only worked in the Real Estate Industry for 18 months. She specialises in the area of Client Services Manager (CSM) where her role is in pre market preparation and liaising with clients. She is involved in the process from start to finish and settlement.
Her short time in the industry has seen her rise to the top. On July 18 she was awarded CSM of the year at an awards ceremony in Sydney with McGrath Estate Agents. McGrath Estate Agents covers up to 100 offices across Australia.
She said. “I think working with different clients is the best aspect of the job. I do a lot of organising. Our McGrath office in Canberra is like family to me, they have taken me in and taught me everything. I want to thank Mum and Dad and Sam and Liv, they have never given up on me, they have always been supportive of me.”
She said, “The hours are pretty full on but they have been very understanding. My boss Jess Smith in Canberra has taken me under her wing and taught me how to be an independent woman in a competitive industry.”
Ms Smith said, “Our very own Jessica Doolan has been nominated for Client Services Manager of the year, to be recognised among the top of our network of over 1400 is an honour in itself, we are so proud of you. You are a superstar.”
Jess spends her time between Canberra and Harden and counts playing for the Hawkettes on the weekends as a blessing.
She said, “I am literally just in time for the games on the weekends, playing is like a stress release in a way, but it is so fun because I am so close to all the girls there.”

Jess also works with Suzi Wells formerly of Coota. Suzi has worked in real estate for 12 years, and has sound knowledge of all facets of the real estate industry. Suzi has worked in administration, marketing, sales and in recent years has experience in selling project developments and managing these projects from launch to settlement. With such a passion for real estate and the people she works with its no surprise Suzi is a Partner of the business and General Manager of McGrath Estate Agents in Gungahlin.
