Welcome to Term 3, 2019 Well, we are past the shortest day of the year and are heading on to summer again. Term 2 brought us some very interesting and informative talks.
Also our trip to Yass was very well received. Once more your U3A committee members, in particular Leigh Bowden and Margaret Large have been working diligently to provide an interesting programme for all. Our presenters are from our own community, or sometime from further afield.
They are all passionate about their subject and this always shows when they share their story with us. Our Term 3 again includes our subjects of Agriculture, Life Matters, Political Ideology, The Environment, History, Local Business and an Excursion.
This term Political Ideology will cover the Country/National Party which should be of great interest as our State Member is of this party. Our short course will again be Richard White’s sessions on Philosophy.
