This week’s Times…
A 1.25 litre bottle of Sprite was placed within a pothole on the Currawong Road to help depict the size of the hole in the road surface on Thursday July 18.
The Currawong Road is witnessing a large increase in traffic at the moment with the closure of the western Demondrille Bridge at Harden, which leads to the Wombat Road.
This week’s Times will report on the state of the road, including two incidents, one at the Subway in Murrumburrah and another over the creek approximately 5 kilometres north of Harden.
Please drive carefully and at a safe speed while Council staff attend to the road which is continuing to break up on the edges and in potholes in a number of locations.
