Harden Hawks stalwarts Jesse James and Glen Howe watching their beloved Hawks take on Boorowa at Boorowa this year. Glen has been chosen to represent Australia in the Masters League All Australian Team in CrossFit.
“I live sore.” Was the response Glen Howe gave, when asked how he copes with his rigorous training regime. He also didn’t want us to do a story about him in the paper. He said, “It’s not worth putting a story in.” Glen Howe hasn’t ever wanted to be in the spotlight. It will likely embarrass him, but what can you do when someone deserves to have their story told and has done so much for others…….
