David and Coral Lingard of Murrumburrah recently undertook a trip to South Australia and Victoria. While on this trip they took in the Silo Trail area. Coral said, “What a fantastic idea for these disused silos. Each one has a theme painted from the area. Not only are they fantastic to look at but the small towns are really doing well with the tourists that are coming to see the silos.” She said, “On reflection of our trip the disused Silos in Murrumburrah came to mind. What a wonderful attraction this would be for our town and region. We are not sure who owns the silos or where the funds would be found but it seems too good an opportunity to miss. Maybe HRDC could help find the funds?”
