Congratulations to Samantha Emms who received the award for the highest ATAR at Murrumburrah High School in 2022.
A fantastic effort and reward for all of her hard work and dedication.
Sam said the following at the High School’s assembly a fortnight ago.
“I would first like to say a massive thank you to every person who supported me and helped me throughout my schooling, especially in my senior years,” Sam said.
“The teachers and staff at MHS were always there for me whenever I needed it, providing me a strong supportive network up until the completion of Year 12 and still, people I can approach for support, direction, and advice now.
“I’d like to pay a special mention to Ms Beck. Throughout my entire schooling, I have been inspired and influenced by her way of teaching.
“She has not only guided me to the pathway I wish to take but helped me grow into the person I am today.
