Kemp returns but Brumbies lose another close one After leaving the field limping during their round two Super W loss to the NSW Waratahs, Grace Kemp returned to the field for the ACT Brumbies in round three of the Super W competition.

Unfortunately, her Canberra-based side was still on the wrong side of the scoreboard, this time losing to the Queensland Reds 20-10 at Suncorp Stadium.

It was a scrappy match, and a winless Brumbies had their chances to knock over the Reds, but they didn’t put in their best performance away from home.

The Brumbies will be back at home on Friday when hosting the Melbourne Rebels in their round four contest at GIO Stadium.

Brumbies Super W head coach, Scott Fava wasn’t too worried, and he is hoping a young group will continue to improve as they chase their first win of the season.
