In a time when the newspaper industry is under immense pressure, The Twin Town Times (2014) the Coota Times (2020) and the Junee Independent (2021) have come together to provide our local towns and our region with a strong weekly presence alongside three Facebook pages and three websites.
Each week you can now purchase a print edition which covers three historic towns with rich sporting histories and strong communities. Each is diverse from the other and at the same time has an innate sense of belonging and camaraderie.
This may go back to the Maher Cup days, the social dances where people would attend via horse and cart to more recently where many people commute to one of the other towns for work or to visit family. The success of the papers will be down to those in the community as well as staff at the paper.
The TTT laid it bare last week about the importance of community support and business support and how the paper, both in print and online can provide great exposure for your business or organisation.
The paper will be 32 pages and will include a TV guide in the Twin Town section, however, this may be shared between each town’s section from time to time.
We look forward to working on the paper each week and can be contacted on 0413 763 216 or 0408 00 4975. Our emails are editorial@twintowntimes.com.au, editor@cootatimes.com.au and news@juneeindep.com.au
