OOSHC Support Worker
About us
Murrunyip is a 27 place before and after school and vacation care service that caters for school ages children. Our service operates from 7.30am to 9.00am and 3.00pm – 6.00pm each day and 7.30am – 6pm during school holiday periods.
We currently have a part time position available; we offer above award wages for the right applicant.
Qualifications & experience
Applicants may have any of the following qualifications or be working towards: Diploma or Certificate 3 in Children’s Services or willing to obtain.
Essential Criteria:
Current First Aid Certificate
Excellent Time Management Skills
Ability to work within a team and individually.
Genuine passion for working with children between the ages of 6-12 years
Current NSW Working with Children Check
Tasks & responsibilities
To educate and care for children from 6-12yrs years of age.
Document and extend on children’s learning
Respect and provide support and inclusion for all children
Passionate Educator who strives towards Murrunyip goals and work within our philosophy
Work within the My Time Our Place Framework
