Last 2 years, the committee has decided to hold a meeting without the horses and jockeys with the hope that their regular meeting will be held later on this year on Cox Plate Day under the regular format.
The day is all about those in the community getting together to support the club and ensure that is continues to be a family friendly event going forward.
Tickets are available at the gate, $20 for adults while children under 16 are free.
The event will be a Covid safe day with QR code and proof of vaccination upon entry.
Midday will see the day commence with Tab facilities available with a focus on Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane races.
There will be live music by Chad Croker and Aron Lyon and full bar facilities. A barbecue and hot chips will be on offer alongside on course ATM facilities.
With a jumping castle for the kids and a courtesy bus available, everything is in place for a great day out.
