Renee Ford has been appointed as Principal of MPS.
As many families may already be aware, the Principal position for Murrumburrah Public School was recently advertised and the merit selection process for this position has now been completed.
We deeply thank Mrs Susan Hillier for convening the panel and it is with great excitement that we can announce that Mrs Renee Ford was offered and has accepted the position (pending the 10 day appeal period).
Renee has been a guiding light throughout her time at MPS and she has worked tirelessly in her role as Relieving Principal to ensure consistency, collaboration and improved learning outcomes for all students.
We, the students, staff and school community congratulate Renee on this achievement and look forward with great confidence to working alongside Renee as MPS continues to strengthen, deepen and broaden its commitment to ensuring every student is known, valued and cared for and that every student achieves to their full potential.
We wish Renee the very best as we begin this new chapter of learning, growth and achievement at MPS.
