Joaquin Mariani, Riley Murray, and Francisco Mariani ready for the Walkathon at MPS.
Friday was a hot and sunny day, but that didn’t stop MPS students from donning their costumes and being ready to walk. Students were suitably dressed in the theme of ‘My Idol’ and took to the course with enthusiasm and gusto. Participants made their way around the course for roughly 50 minutes, gaining laps and raising money for our school. Despite the sweltering weather, laughter, smiles and some impressive dance moves were seen on the day. Well done to our best dressed students from each class. Thank you to the families that made the trip to the top oval to support our school. We look forward to next year’s event. Don’t forget to return your sponsorship/ donation money by this Friday 8 November.
