On Thursday 7 November, Lachie and Lucy Robb, Maurie Hyles and Sam Manwaring attended the PSSA State Athletics Championships at Olympic Park, Homebush. We all watched the action on the whiteboard, with great excitement, as Sam participated in the 1500m and achieved a new personal best, taking 16 seconds off his previous record. He then joined the other children in the Norm Elizabeth Austen 4 x 100 relay. It was a monumental effort from all four students and we are immensely proud that they managed to participate at state level again this year. Well done Lachie, Lucy, Maurie and Sam! JPS
