Welcome Back: Welcome back to all our students and families! It was wonderful to see our students return with smiles on their faces, refreshed and ready to get back into ‘the learning pit’ eager to face the challenges ahead for the term.

Professional Development: The staff travelled to St Anne’s Temora for professional development on privacy, record keeping & wellbeing. It was a very informative day and the staff came away very informed regarding compliance for use of technology, social media, Privacy Act, Code of Conduct and the importance of everyone including visitors to our schools to have a Working With Children Check.

Grandparents and Special Friends Day: What a wonderful way to commence the term with many of our Grandparents and Special Friends travelling great distances to be at Mass and morning tea today. We hope you were able to join us for our beautiful liturgy, prepared by K-2 teachers and students followed by open classrooms and morning tea. The students all proudly shared the amazing stories that they have been writing. We are sure you enjoyed the stories as much as they did sharing them with you and we look forward to seeing you all again at Trinity soon.

Public Speaking Class Speak Offs: Year 3 – 6 have been participating in various speaking activities in their Literacy lessons last term and this week, in preparation for the upcoming Public Speaking Competition. Tomorrow at 9.30am we will be holding the Class Speak-Offs, where each Year level have been given a topic and will present their speech. These speeches will be judged and 4 students from each class will be selected to go to the next round of the competition.

School Tours and Kinder 2020 Information Night: If you have a child commencing at Trinity next year in Kinder please come along to the Information Night on Monday 5 August at 6.45pm in the Kinder classroom. We will also be conducting school tours from 5.15pm to 5.30pm for any family who’d like to view our school or was unable to attend our Open Day last term. Amy Mergard, assisted by Jemima, have kindly offered to provide babysitting in the Library and refreshments will be served afterwards. If you know someone who is thinking of sending their children to Trinity, please invite them to come along.

Country Club Raffles: This Friday evening, July 26 commencing at 6:00pm, Trinity will be hosting the raffles at the Country Club. We encourage you all to come along with your families, have a meal, buy some tickets and support the wonderful Country Club who support us!
