5 people were lucky to escape injury when a blue suv and a white ute collided on the Burley Griffin Way and Cunningar intersection at 8:30am Sunday morning.
Thick fog was present when the ute turned off the Burley Griffin Way where it had been travelling in a westerly direction and the suv in an easterly direction, before both vehicles collided.
3 passengers in the suv and 2 passengers in the ute where conveyed to Murrumburrah-Harden Hospital. No one suffered major injuries in the incident.
The RFS, Police and Ambulance attended the scene.
Drivers are asked to drive to the conditions which may mean reducing speed in foggy areas and making sure their headlights are turned on.
