Poll Dorsets are proving popular with a pen of 20 second cross lambs breaking the Australian lamb record today in Wagga. The hefty Lambs were between 95 and 100 kilos with a likely dressed weight of up to 50 kilos. $354.20 went past the previous record set at Corowa on Monday when White Suffolks sold to $350 and were estimated to weigh 48 kilograms dressed.

The Lambs at Wagga were offered by Goulburn vendor Joe Mooney and purchased by Fletcher International of Dubbo.

How high can they go? Who Knows.
