Kirsty Kemp and Adam Walsh are are partnering up for a great cause in the  ‘Dancing with the Locals’ dance nights to raise money for  Harden Can Assist.

They said, “So many of our friends have been affected by cancer. Raising money for Harden Can Assist ensures the money stays local to help local families.”

Both Adam and Kirsty are excited to be involved. Kirsty said, “Adam is really competitive, and we are both working hard to learn the routines, but he just gets it and he makes it look easy.”

Walshy as he is known to his team mates among a large number of other derogatory names, led the Harden Red Devils to a Premiership in 2018 and is back this year as fit as ever. Although he manages to twinge a calf or snap a hamstring most weeks the old bull keeps going and delivering for his team mates.

Adam said he couldn’t say no to such a great cause.

Through the Harden Pharmacy Adam regularly sees the great work Can assist does in the community.

The couples  taking part in ‘Dancing with the Locals’ are judged  on their dance moves and by the amount of money they raise for Can Assist. Donation boxes are available all over the area and donations can be made to individuals and couple. All money raised goes to Can Assist in the end so you can’t go wrong.
