The Harden Memorial Swimming Pool along with the Jugiong and Boorowa Pools closed on March 25. Morning swims finished on Friday the 16th. Pool Manager Mell Ings said, “Swimming Club has been very supportive and the Jugiong pool has transformed and thrived with the large number of campers staying in the village, and the large number of travellers who are checking out the shops or eating out over the weekends.” Mell said, “We are hoping to upgrade the filtration system at Juging next year which will separate both pools onto their own systems.” Council is also seeking quotes on solar heating for Jugiong.
