Report
Sunday was the first Comp shoot of the 2018 calendar year and it was a cracker of a day for shooting as the scores reflect. We had 40 members and guest at the range which is by far the biggest Comp day attendance in recent years possibly a club record which is very encouraging for both our club and the sport in general. What has also been encouraging is the boost in junior membership it was and awesome sight to see the juniors there getting involved and honing their craft.
The benches were full for most of the morning and the Competion was very tight across all disciplines which made for a fantastic day for everyone. The club’s next event will be a
practice shoot on 25 March and just a reminder to all members that the April Comp shoot isn’t the first Sunday due Easter long weekend it will be April 8th.
