Hilltops Council builders Chris ‘Zeek’ Whybrow and Mitchell Wyatt have been busy installing devices which deter pigeons and other birdlife from nesting under the verandahs of shopfronts in Neill Street. Pigeon faeces has been a problem for business owners in the town ship with birds nesting overnight. The problem now seems to be resolved with the devices making it near impossible for the birds to nest.
