Local musician Harry Cleverdon is going from strength to strength, having been awarded the best new young male artist at the 2016 NSW Urbanstar, a contest for unsigned artists. 14 year old Harry has performed all over the region, and is widely recognised for his vocal prowess, coming home victorious recently from talent quests at Blacktown, Junee, Wollongng, Quandialla and Thirroul. The Wagga Eisteddford also recognised his talent, where he won the 14 years contemporary vocal solo and 16 years contemporary championship sections. The Young Regional Conservatorium of Music has awarded Harry many scholarships in recognition of his skill and potential as an artist. The Hennessy Catholic College student has performed numerous times in Harden, appearing at the Harden Kite Festival, Flexible Care Services Dinner, a CanAssist Fundraiser, among other events.
