The AGM for the Harden Red Devils was held last night with several topics on the table for discussion. The Devils will be soon deciding on whether to stay in the South Coast Monaro competition or join a Central West competition which looks similar to what is referred to as the ‘Old South West Comp’ Harry Sachs said “There are towns like Temora, Coota, West Wyalong and Grenfell. An approach may be made to include Boorowa.” The Devils first year back in the competition after a 5 year hiatus bore some fruit when they made the major semi final against Bateman’s Bay in the Plate series. The club is also hoping to field a women’s side if they enter the Central West competition. Harry said “We have had interest from around 15 ladies in a women’s team which would play either 7s or 10s before the men’s match.
