Binalong Public School is off to Sydney to compete in the Small Schools Knockout Soccer State titles.  They played  Nangus Public School on Monday in round 4,  coming away with a victory 1 – nil.  Binalong played a tough game with the play in each others half consistently throughout the game.

Mrs Smith, teacher/coach said “Binalong played as a team, with students from Year two to Year six. They worked really hard to come away with the win. We are all very proud of them”.

The whole school along with parents, grandparents and community were on the sidelines supporting our schools’ team.

The team heads to Sydney at the end of the term to play against northern and southern region teams. The whole Binalong community is looking forward to the occasion.
