The Harden Country Club has upped the anti this year by offering a Quintrex fishing boat to its members in the form of their major raffle for 2016. Karen Glover and Craig Cooper are pictured in the brand new boat with ‘Coop’ reeling in a ‘big one’. The boat is up for grabs via a key system. Keys will be raffled until they have all found owners. A total of 20 keys are available with 4 drawn already held this year. The rest of the keys will be drawn on June 12 and 24, July 29 (2 x keys) August 12 and 26, September 23 (2 x keys) October 2 and 28, November 11 and 25, December 2, 9 and 16 and the last key will be drawn the same night as the prize is given away on December 18. Key number 5 will be drawn Sunday June 12 at 6pm after the afternoon meat raffles. In other news a six hole chook run will be starting soon on the lush green course with menbers asked to contact the Club for more info. The Country Club has joined up with several local organisations to run the Friday night meat raffles. This week Bunyip will be running the meat raffles with any profits going to the preschool. The Joker Draw on Friday nights is now at $2800 . The kids movie commences at 5.3o with shorts. Main movie starts at 6.30 in the auditorium.
