Jackson’s Bakery and Cafe are looking to make their signage permanent on the Burley Griffin Way on Albury Street.

As of January 31st, there are currently 21 Development Applications (DA) before Harden Shire Council. Seven DAs have currently had the clock stopped on their applications, with one of the DAs for a commercial building now withdrawn. Six DAs are yet to be determined by Council. These include two advertising structures on the Burley Griffin Way for Jackson’s Bakery, a piggery on the Eulie Road, a dwelling on the Eulie Road, another in Prudence Street in Jugiong, a two-lot subdivision in Smith Street and dwelling additions on the Back Wombat Road. Eight DAs were approved, consisting of a garage in Kelly Street, a dwelling in Lyons Street, an industrial shed in Jack Ward Drive, a dwelling on the Back Creek Road, another on the Bobbarra Road in Galong, a subdivision in Swift Street, a two-lot subdivision and dwelling in Smith Street, and a change of use from a shop to an office in Albury Street. The average DA processing time is 19 days.
