Sixteen year old soccer player, Tyler Allen, has had quite some triumphs in the sporting fields of recent.
After a successful season playing striker for Young, Tyler was asked to trial, last Tuesday, for a position on the Woden Valley Under 20’s soccer team for the Canberra 10 week summer competition.
The natural left footer was requested to play a game with the team on Saturday against Hawker/Belconnen, which Tyler’s side, Woden Valley, won 2-1.
Tyler, who is turning 17 in December, is currently training on Tuesdays for the Under 20’s team preparing for games on Saturdays throughout Canberra.
Tyler throughly enjoys soccer and is also known as a valued League, Touch and Union player. As for his future in soccer, Tyler said that he will see how playing for the Woden Valley Under 20’s side goes and choose where to go from there.
