Site Earthmoving staff working at the Pepe’s Ducks site east of Harden arrived at work Monday morning to find several machines had been damaged over the weekend.
It is alleged an attempt was made to set fire to some of the machinary resulting in burnt tyres and extensive damage to the vehicles.
Police are investigating the incident.
