An incident was reported to police at 5.30am on Sunday September 21 at the Saleyards Road at Aurville.
It is alleged a 33 year old man had been stabbed by his 23 year old partner with a steak knife. The man sustained wounds to his arms and neck. The man attended Harden Hospital to receive treatment for his injuries.
Police found the accused walking towards Harden and placed her under arrest. She was conveyed to Cootamundra Police station where she was charged with reckless wounding and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. She was released on Conditional bail and will appear in Cootamundra local court on October 10.
