Men’s Halfback Will Glover continues to impress,
On Saturday, May 2, the Harden Red Devils will play the Temora Tuskers, women starting at 2:15pm and men at 3:15pm.
Jack Alcorn of the Red Devils said the team are getting fit and ready for the game.
“We’re working on our weak points that we’ve had over the last couple of weeks and trying our best to make sure we’re focusing on getting them right because a lot of our game is good, but there are always some things to work on,” he said.
“It’s the same with the whole competition, there’s no one that you can take lightly at any point through the comp because people have performed differently. We won’t be taking Temora lightly. We’ll be making sure that we’ve got our best team on the field, and that we can continue to keep our winning streak going.
“The energy is really good. Everyone’s glad to be a part of it. It’s a big year for the 50th year and all that. I’m very excited, and everyone’s looking forward to another good year, like last year.
“We’re excited to see everyone down. The weather’s meant to be amazing again, so we’re keen to have that all happen.”
