Around 10:30am Tuesday March 23 a flatbed truck traveling westbound on the Burley Griffin Way just outside of Harden was involved in an accident.
Local police believe the truck hit water on the road causing it to aquaplane and cross eastbound lanes, before hitting a tree.
The driver was taken to Harden Hospital with minor injuries and underwent mandatory testing, which returned a negative result.
Police have spoken with witnesses as well as the driver.
