Loved husband of Jean. Dearly loved father of Dorothy Tallis, Maureen Blackney, Eileen Friend and Lorraine Oakman.
Loving “Pop” of his eight grandchildren & many great and great-great-grandchildren.
Survived by his sister Shirley Graves. Fond uncle of his nieces & nephews.
Aged 95 years.
A Private Service for Joe was held on Thursday 24th December 2020 as per Joe’s wish.
