9 year old Isaac Brown has recently represented South West Slopes in the U12 age group alongside 10 year old local lad Charlie Lenehan, son of James and Jules Lenehan. Isaac played in Forbes on Sunday taking on sides inlcuding Parkes and Orange.

The primary schooler has been kicking a ball since he could walk and took up soccer as a 5 year old. He currently plays in the U10s for Harden and is also taking part in development programs to build his skills. Even though Isaac is quite young he has been recognised as possessing a lot of potential. Parents Lisa and Greg take Isaac to Wagga on Friday nights to undergo specialised skill training.

He also plays for the U9 Wagga Wanderers side who took part in a week long carnival in Canberra in the first week of the holidays. He has played in other representative carnivals in Goulburn and will also head to Sydney and Young later in the year.

The Murrumburrah Public student also represented MPS in a year 5 and 6 team recently, scoring several goals. Isaac wants to play for Arsenal when he gets older and follows the English side in the premier League. There is little doubt we will be hearing plenty about Isaac as his career continues.
