The fun and excitement of the Variety Bash car rally is coming to MPS for lunch on Wednesday 21 May from 12noon onwards.
Everyone is welcome to join MPS to view the cars, meet the drivers and participate in some games. The children will entertain with music and a first to MPS is a ‘cow crap in a box’ competition. A BBQ will be available for everyone on the day.
The NSW Variety Bash is not a race or a rally and speed is not important. What really matters is that everyone has an enjoyable time travelling in parts of New South Wales they would not otherwise see, at the same time raising money for children with special needs.
The NSW Variety Bash travels through NSW and is a 5 day event. Entrants raise money to enter the Bash and Variety Newcastle then take them on a 5 day adventure to take that hard earned money from them. The money is then used to purchase special needs equipment for the many children in the region who may be sick, disabled or disadvantaged in some way.
